 Eva Peeters studied Nutrition & Health at Wageningen University, following the track Molecular Nutrition & Toxicology. After graduation she started her PhD in 2022 at the department of Medical Imaging and Medical Oncology. Under supervision of Erik Aarntzen, Harm Westdorp, Sandra Heskamp and Carla van Herpen she investigates the toxicity of immune checkpoint inhibitors using PET imaging and immune and microbiome profiling.
