Abstract

In this thesis, several aspects of molecular PET imaging of biological tumor characteristics in the diagnostic and treatment process of head and neck cancer were discussed. The studies described in this thesis mainly focused on noninvasive visualization and quantification of hypoxia, proliferation and EGFR.
