Joey Roosen
Joey Roosen studied Biology (Bachelor’s degree) and Medicine at the Radboud University Nijmegen. In 2019 he started his PhD project at the Department of Medical Imaging of the Radboud University Medical Center Nijmegen. He aims to increase the efficacy of radioembolisation with holmium microspheres, a treatment for liver cancer, by developing an MRI-guided approach to the procedure. His supervisors are Jurgen Fütterer and Frank Nijsen.
